GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions cover the stipulations for the ScentAir Home Monthly Scent Membership(s) on which ScentAir Home agrees to provide and you agree to accept any service or product ScentAir Home makes available to you, including the ScentWave fragrance delivery system and monthly ScentWave fragrance cartridge (collectively the "Services").  You accept these Terms and Conditions when you do any of the following:  (a) sign up for the Monthly Scent Membership (b) provide your written or electronic signature; (c) accept through an oral or electronic statement; or (d) pay for any Services.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT
By signing up and purchasing the ScentAir Home Monthly Scent Membership and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you authorize ScentAir Home to bill the credit card information you provided for your initial shipment of the ScentWave fragrance delivery system and fragrance cartridge, plus any applicable federal, state or local taxes, and you authorize ScentAir Home to bill automatically each month for the term of your membership at the ScentWave fragrance cartridge and shipping rates as noted specifically on your agreement plus any applicable federal, state or local taxes.  In return, you understand that ScentAir Home will automatically ship you the initial quantity of ScentWave fragrance delivery systems and initial fragrance cartridges, and thereafter the same quantity of new ScentWave fragrance cartridges each month, as noted on your agreement.

Monthly recurring and related charges for Services are generated on your monthly fragrance cartridge(s) shipping date.  Past due amounts accrue late charges until paid at the rate of 5% per month or at the highest rate allowed by law and may result in immediate suspension of your membership.  By agreeing to the auto-payment option through a banking or credit account you authorize ScentAir Home to initiate payment from said banking or credit account for any additional amounts we invoice you for any additional products and/or service that you agree to purchase from ScentAir Home, without any further additional authorization or notice. You may also incur additional fees and charges for any payments that are denied by your banking or credit account financial institution.

MEMBERSHIP TERM COMMITMENTS
Unless ScentAir Home specifically informs you otherwise, a ScentAir Home Monthly Scent Membership requires that you maintain service for a minimum initial term of twelve (12) months.  After satisfying this minimum term, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you have agreed to extend the term for an additional twelve (12) month period or you provide us with 30-day advanced notice that you would like to terminate your membership.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Consistent with these Terms and Conditions: (a) ScentAir Home may terminate Services at any time with notice to you and (b) you may terminate Services at any time with 30-day advanced notice to us.  Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, IF YOU TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP EARLY PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF YOUR INITIAL TWELVE (12) MONTH TERM, OR WE DO SO FOR GOOD CAUSE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE APPLICABLE EARLY TERMINATION FEE OF $99.00.  ScentAir Home will not charge an Early Termination Fee for any cancellation that is consistent with our Return Policy, or for service plans being provided on a month-to-month basis.  If any Services are terminated before the end of your current invoicing cycle, ScentAir Home will not prorate charges to the date of termination, and you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused Services.

TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES
ScentAir Home invoices you for taxes, fees and other charges that are levied by or remitted directly to federal, state, local governments on the Services provided to you, in addition to the shipping charges as noted specifically on your agreement.  If you claim any tax exemption you must provide us with a valid tax-exempt document.  Tax exemptions are not applied retroactively, and become effective on your next invoicing cycle.  Federal, state and local taxes are subject to change at any time, and if subject to change may be retroactively applied as enforced by the appropriate governmental jurisdiction.  Shipping charges are subject to change upon ScentAir Home providing you with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notification, after the completion of your initial member term.

DISPUTED CHARGES
Disputes concerning any charges invoiced must be raised within 30 days of the date of the charge.  You accept all charges not disputed in this time period.  Disputes can only be made by calling or writing to ScentAir Home via one of the contact methods below:
